Powerpipe operates under a Total Quality Management concept. We are approved according to the international quality standard ISO 9001.

Reliable subsuppliers to Powerpipe are not just taken for granted when it comes to our production. Established suppliers are evaluated yearly to guide our purchasing department, which in turn approves our suppliers. Another requirement for high quality is regular strict routines and olderly manner of all the following processes:

• Handling of raw materials
• Manufacture of pipes and fittings
• Administration of tools
• Working instructions
• Instuctions for inspection and testing
• Corrective actions
• Maintainance

Raw materials are spot checked on arrival at Powerpipe. In addition our suppliers provide us with documentation on all raw materials. Further they are also instructed by Powerpipe to continuously check and monitor all delivered materials on a regular basis.

Our production personal are divided into work groups, each with well defined responsibilities. The work groups control and guarantee their own products towards a specified quality and standard. All Powerpipe products are marked according to these valid rules.
